Pam Dossang is Director of Protein and Structural Sciences, overseeing scientific operations and project management of the team based at our state-of-the-art biology facility in Edinburgh, UK. She brings over 25 years' extensive experience in industrial drug discovery and has spent the last five years at Charles River as a senior leader of the Structural Biology, Biophysics and Protein Science department.

Earlier in Pam’s career, roles at GSK provided the foundation for her interest in, and subsequent focus on, Protein Science, further cemented by her time at the structure-based drug discovery company Vernalis.

Pam holds a degree in applied biochemistry and has significant experience of leading multidisciplinary research groups, with responsibility for strategy, finance, resourcing and contract design whilst project managing for global clients.
