Dean brings more than 25 years of commercial leadership experience in the life sciences sector. He has held senior commercial and business development leadership roles at Curia (formerly AMRI), Selvita and, most recently, Pace Life Sciences, driving commercial growth, international market expansion and strategic customer partnerships across the CRO, CDMO and pharmaceutical sectors.

Based in the US, he is focused on connecting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and scientific organizations with our integrated scientific capabilities to help them address complex drug discovery and development challenges.
