As Head of Quality, Elizabeth drives quality and compliance across the business, ensuring that applicable regulatory requirements and principles of Concept Life Sceinces good scientific practice are followed.  As part of this she promotes continuous improvement initiatives across the business, ensuring that we are always striving to improve our working practices to support our customer's journey.

Elizabeth has worked within the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years. Having started her career with Pfizer Limited in drug product development, a move to Mylan (now Viatris) started her quality career where she applied her previous GMP experience from a different perspective.  This wide experience then enabled the move to Concept Life Sciences where she built the QMS at the Sandwich site to support API manufacture.  This knowledge was further increased with the expansion of the QMS into GLP services being offered from the site.  This in combination with understanding & supporting the companies GCP and GLP services across all services enabled her to step up to the role of Head of Quality in 2021.
