We have developed BioPALS, an innovative, lean and versatile hitidentification platform combining AI-powdered virtual screeningwith cutting-edge biophysical technologies. BioPALS enables therapid identification and comprehensive characterisation of hits.The implementation of this technology is exemplified here usingthe BRPF1b bromodomain for which BioPALS identified a range ofpotent, selective and lead-like hits, thus offering newopportunities for the treatment of AML and many other cancers.
