Abstract:
Exploring an end-to-end spatial biology workflow integrating ZEISS Axioscan 7 spatial biology with SlideStream software for microscopy workflow automation, and Mindpeak GmbH’s AI based image analysis PhenoScout AI, a cutting-edge AI-driven digital pathology platform for advanced multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) analysis.
Known for excellence in pathology staining, target identification, and advanced assays with image analysis, the team at Concept Life Sciences demonstrate how a new AI-driven workflow boosts analysis efficiency and accuracy. Discover how testing shows low variability and simplified, phenotype-ready data outputs with no prior image analysis expertise required, enabling scalable, robust spatial biology.
