Concept Life Sciences is embarking on a multimillion-pound expansion programme and rebranding. In 2017 we will be investing in increased laboratory capacity and scientific staff. A new website will also be launched soon. Read all about our plans below.
Over the last two years we have been busy integrating our acquired businesses to build a fully joined up service in chemistry, biology and analytics for our customers in the biopharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, consumer and environmental services sectors.
We now intend to expand our laboratory operations by around 30% and our scientific staff by a similar number. By the end of the year we expect to have nearly 200 employees qualified to higher degree and PhD level. This will bring our total to almost 700 people.
To reflect the transformation of our business into an organisation that offers a world class integrated service, we have decided to brand our operations under the name Concept Life Sciences. This change becomes effective from 1st March 2017.
A new website will be launched shortly as part of our rebranding programme. Until then please use this site to discover more about our current capabilities and services.
Our life sciences team includes many published PhD level scientists who are acknowledged experts in their particular field within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, petrochemical, agrochemical and consumer products industries.
Together we are a business that employs over 600 people working out of 24 locations spread across the UK. Our specialist laboratory facilities have been developed to meet the needs of our clients and we are constantly adding to our techniques, as client demands require. We also operate large volume laboratory testing facilities that provide a highly responsive local service.
