Food Matters Live is a new event dedicated to food, health and nutrition.
It aims to bring together the food and drink industry, retailers, food service providers, government, and those working in nutrition and health to tackle one of the most important challenges of our time – the relationship between food, health and nutrition.
SAL is pleased to be one of 200 companies exhibiting at Food Matters Live and can be found at stand RP35.
The 3 day Conference will be held at ExCel in London between Tuesday 18th and Thursday 20th November.
Over 80 leading figures from across government, industry, science and health will join renowned commentators and chefs to explore the drivers for improving the availability and consumption of nutritious food and drink – from the role of government, retailers and industry to the factors which affect our food related behaviours such as taste psychology and sensory science.
