Training Course – Introduction to Microbiology Testing in Food

SAL is pleased to announce the next ‘Introduction to Microbiology Testing in Food’ training course at a location close to our Cambridge Facility.

The course is ideal for Technical and Quality Managers within the food and allied industries looking for guidance and information on the relevance of microbiology testing.

The course covers various aspects of microbiology testing, including a basic look at micro-bacteria, their growth, bacterial transfer and food spoilage/safety. How to interpret analytical data, and what actions to take when high levels are found, the information will provide an understanding which can be applied in your areas of business.

The course will be held at the Menzies Hotel, half a mile from the SAL laboratories, on Wednesday 18th March. Spaces are limited so places will be allocated on a ‘first come first basis’ and you are encouraged to book your places as soon as possible.

The cost to attend the course is GBP 195 (plus VAT) and includes refreshments, lunch and guided tour of the SAL laboratories.
