SAL Exhibiting at Food and Hospitality Ireland 2014

This year, the SAL team are excited to be exhibiting at Food & Hospitality Ireland where we will be on hand to offer advice and expertise about the analytical testing services we can offer to the food industry. Food & Hospitality Ireland aims to showcase the most innovative new products and services in the Irish food and drink sector, and we are proud to be considered a part of that.

SAL is thrilled to be part of such a large event in Ireland for this sector, and by attending, we hope to create lasting relationships with other professionals and companies within the food industry.

Our food microbiology laboratory has been designed to accommodate high sample throughput with attention to detail, efficiency and safety. A key feature of the facilities is the one way sample flow which ensures elimination of the potential for cross contamination during sample processing.

Open 7 days a week and offering a sample collection services, SAL’s food microbiology department is geared up to work in real time with the food industry. We have extensive storage capacity at both ambient and chilled conditions to store samples for shelf life validation.

We carry out a wide range of nutritional and chemical tests for the dairy and agriculture industry. We also provide a comprehensive nutritional testing service for food labelling.
