UKAS accredited tests available for the main allergens

We have invested in modern equipment and created a specialist laboratory for allergen testing. UKAS accredited tests are available for the main allergens on food and swabs – gluten, casein, mustard, soya, almond and peanut. We collaborate with specialist laboratories to provide extensive allergen testing at competitive prices and reliable reporting times.

Extensive validation ensures that the antibodies we use in our analytical biochemistry assay work effectively in a range of food types ranging from raw materials to complex foods.

We can also assist with cleaning validations by testing of environmental swabs and water for key allergens.
