Testicular toxicity

Rodent testicular toxicity is one of the most common findings in longer term regulatory toxicology studies.  We are experienced in designing, running and interpreting investigative studies to identify mechanism of action of testicular toxicity and drive the regulatory hazard/risk assessment.

Our relevant mechanism experience includes:
  • Disruption of steroidogenesis mode of action
  • RARα (Retinoic Acid Receptor Alpha) antagonism MOA
  • Hormonal mediated tumorigenesis, for example via dopamine
